I knew Fr. Harvey for over 40 years, before he passed away. He was a first cousin of my mother and he made annual trips to Ireland and the UK. Fr. John said Mass daily, never missing a day even on holiday. It was a privilege that he stayed at our home when he travelled to Ireland.

I had a miracle cure after a blessing I received from Fr. John. I suffered from endometriosis and had surgery and treatment. I took ill during one of his visits to my home. He prayed over me and gave me his blessing. I am convinced that as a result the endometriosis disappeared, which was confirmed by a gynaecologist when I was approximately 48.

I also prayed to Fr. John last Friday night/early hours of Saturday morning, 21st December. My husband was being assessed in hospital after being admitted as an emergency because of severe abdominal pain. He was diagnosed with a twisted intestine which had to be operated on. The tangle or knot was freed as the surgeon entered his abdomen with the scope and, to their surprise, the intestine had enough blood flow that prevented a partial colectomy. I put this result as being an answer to prayers to Fr. John Harvey.

My husband was kept in hospital for 3 days observing to ensure his intestine was able to function. So far, day 7, he is now at home 4 days and able to eat and, other than normal recovery from an anaesthetic and keyhole surgery, is doing well.
